Parenting Mediation
It is important to note that children need a safe, secure and consistent upbringing, more so when their parents separate. We work with you to build a better parenting relationship and assist you to be child-focused. In assisting you with your parenting plan we highlight the best interests of the children as the main consideration. We are experts in this area and we would be delighted to work with you.
Property Settlement Mediation
Property mediation is a non-litigious way of reaching property agreements. Separating couples can participate in mediation to ensure both parties have a say in their property division. Some couples only need assistance to work out what is within their property pool, others need a full property agreement at the end of it. We are qualified to help you navigate this process.
Relationship Mediation
Relationships can be hard work and like anything else, they need your attention to survive. Naturally, there will be things that you don’t completely agree on as a couple, things that cause a lot of tension in your relationship and things that might outright blindside you about your partner. If you need a third party to assist in dealing with any matters of concern, we are your go-to.
Each of you will initially have an individual intake with us, to give us some insight into your relationship and you will have your mediation session together thereafter.
This is a great way for couples to have an open and honest conversation about future goals before making big commitments.
