Payment Options

We accept payments by PayPal, Card Payments and direct deposit.

Afterpay is available for a limited number of items.

Terms of payment

·       Payment is required a week prior to mediation sessions, including intake/assessment and all other services related to FDR.

·       Payment is required at the time of booking for courses or information session bookings to secure your spot.

·       In exceptional circumstances, the client may discuss with the practitioner, if there are unforeseeable circumstances making you unable to pay as set out above. The practitioner may decide to invoice the client with a 7-day turnaround. This is purely based on practitioner discretion.

Policy on Late Payment

·       Payment in advance only as a general rule.

·       7-day turnaround for invoices. No further concessions. If payment is not received after 7 days, Family Intermediary will take any necessary action.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of sessions can be made as follows;

·       If you cancel by providing at least 5 days prior notice to the date of session* - Full refund.

·       If you cancel with less than 5 days prior notice, up until the day prior to the session - 50% refund.

·       If you are a no show on the day of the session - No refund.

*(For groups and courses, session refers to the first session in the series of sessions paid for.)

If your group has more than one session ensure that you look at the dates first prior to making a booking and commit to those days. Group sessions cannot be rescheduled. You have to attend with the rest of the group at the scheduled time.
